Here at Hakuna Matata Vibes, you have the unique opportunity to truly customize your cards.
Pricing for customization is as follows:
If you would like to add customization to either the front of the card or to the inside, there is an additional $1 charge.
If you would like complete customization to BOTH the front AND the inside of the card, there is an additional $2 charge.
Good news! We are currently working on adjusting our pricing and customization will soon be included within the cost of the card!
Hakuna Matata Vibes participates in various events throughout the year such as bird expos, craft fairs, and pop-ups. Product pricing at such events may fluctuate slightly and may include occasional sales. We encourage you to take advantage of these events and look forward to meeting you there!
Events will typically be announced through Instagram, as well as in our future bi-weekly email newsletter.

As a result of temporary postal service disruptions in multiple countries due to COVID-19, we are currently unable to ship out international orders to these countries until further notice. Free shipping is offered for all greeting card orders of 6 or more cards, with shipping addresses within the United States.
In addition to the United States and Canada, we also offer International shipping.
Tracking is available for an additional cost based on your location.
Orders may be delayed during holidays or busy times throughout the year due to
volume, capacity, and/or unforeseen events.
Once an item has been dropped off for shipping, Hakuna Matata Vibes has no control of the delivery schedule.
International shipping is based upon your location and can take at least 7-21 business days. It can possibly take even longer due to the pandemic, busy times of the year, political circumstances, and other unforeseen events. That being said, please plan your orders well in advance to ensure that you will receive them in a timely manner.
Please note that priority mail is generally a better alternative for mailing packages internationally as it significantly reduces shipping time.
The following shipping methods are offered:
USPS First Class:
Letter/ Large Envelope/ Parcel (Package)
- Average delivery time within the United States - 1 - 3 business days
- Average International delivery time - 6 -20 business days
USPS Priority Mail:
- Includes tracking and up to $50 of insurance
- Average delivery time within the United States - 1-3 business days
- Average international delivery time - 6-10 business days
We do everything we can to ensure your order tracking details are accurate and timely. There are times when order tracking details do not update immediately as scans of packages can vary throughout the shipping process. It may seem that an order is lost in transit, but they are usually on their way to their final destination. Please note that this may not always be the case.
If you have any concerns, feel free to reach out to info@shophmv.com. Order tracking details can vary greatly depending on the shipping method chosen at checkout. It can take between 24-48 hours to generate a tracking number after the package has initially been scanned by the mail courier. Tracking is not offered by USPS for First Class Letters, Large Envelopes, and Parcels.
Please double check your spelling for your customization messages to ensure a smooth transaction. We will do our best to double check on our end, however please be aware that this is the responsibility of the customer and we cannot be held accountable. Since the cards are made to order, we try to fulfill orders as soon as they are received. Any changes to an order may be subject to a processing fee. If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact info@shophmv within 3 hours to see how we can help. Please note that requests to change an existing order is not guaranteed due to the eco-friendly nature of the business.
If for any reason your order is damaged upon arrival, please reach out to info@shophmv.com within 24 hours with pictures of the damage and we will work with you to remedy the situation.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL PROCESSING FEES
Our eCommerce platform charges per transaction and does not refund transaction fees. Please thoroughly review your cart and personal information (especially your shipping information and customization messages), prior to submitting your order. Please email info@shophmv.com within 3 hours after placing your order to cancel.
If email contact is made after the initial 3 hour period, order cancellation is not guaranteed and is subject to whether or not the order was already created and printed. Please keep this in mind before placing your order. Be sure to double check spelling and ask questions prior to your purchase. As an eco-friendly business constantly working towards sustainability, it is contradictory for us to waste materials. We hope you understand. Sales tax is charged for orders placed within California and may vary based on city and county rates.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, Elo, Shop Pay, Apple Pay,
Google Pay, PayPal, and Venmo.
To exist as a sustainable business, returns and exchanges are not accepted at this time. This is also due to the customizable nature of the greeting cards, as well as the pandemic and future concerns regarding safety. If for any reason you are not satisfied and/ or a mistake was made on our part, please contact us immediately by email to info@shophmv.com. We will work with you to remedy the situation as best we can.
Please email info@shophmv.com if you have not received your order beyond the allocated time frame. There is always a possibility that it was lost in transit and we do not want you to miss out on this one of a kind experience.
Wholesale is available for larger purchase orders at discounted rates. Wholesale orders require a minimum purchase of 6 cards of the same design, with a Minimum Order Quantity of 48 cards. Please inquire by email to info@shophmv.com with “Wholesale Inquiry” in the subject line.
Please note that although we do our best to ensure accurate color representation of our greeting cards, you may notice slight color differences. Each card and envelope is unique due to the naturally random flecks of hemp within the paper. Slight imperfections may exist due to the eco-friendly nature of the greeting cards. The accurate representation of colors may vary due to computer screen, mobile device, and printer settings.
